Locket: An ivory star with long pointed edges surrounded by ice blue angel wings.
Gloves: Ice blue and Ivory ribbons wrapped around her arm from wrist up.
Tiara: Same as Sailor Mercury’s but with a long slender blue pearl hanging from the jewel.
Shoes: Blue High heeled shoes. Around her thighs is a band of ice blue pearls, and from the band are ivory transparent pant legs that go down to her ankles and flow freely.
Sleeves: Light blue eternal style
Earrings: 4 strands of hang down silver chains with small ice blue icicles gems at the end. All four strands are different lengths.
Any Little Extras: Her Mercury ankle bracelet is also on her right leg when in senshi form.
*Transformation*
“Mercury Syrine Power!”- Her body becomes ice blue and naked. Waves of ivory water flow out from her locket and turn into ribbons, which then mold to her body and form her body suit. Blue light comes from the angel wings on her locket and turns into small blue stars, of which surround her neck, waist, and ankles. The stars form into her collar, skirt, and shoes. Her wings then appear, but they are ivory colored and nontransparent, wrapped around her body, cover her completely. She unfolds them, and she now has her gloves and “transparent pants”. Then the wings disappear. A burst of blue light behind her changes her wings into transparent crystal. She spins around once and does the whole Mercury ending pose.
*Weapons*
Mercurious Orb- A blue orb the size of a pearl, but it can grow into any size she wants.
Ivory Star Reaper- A sword that is as tall as her and as light as a feather, but only to her. The hilt is made of ice blue crystal with the planet Mercury at its base. The blade is made of ivory and richly carved with the saying, “Do what you have to do.”
*Powers/Attacks*
“Mercury Ivory Seduction!”- She places the blade over her sword up to her face and closes her eyes. The blade starts to glow ice blue. Her wings then fold around her. When they open again, her sword is gone and she is naked and glowing ice blue. *Note, this is supposed to get the enemy’s attention.* This image is only an illusion though, and she strikes the enemy with her glowing blade from behind.
`Mercury Waterfall Revelation- A swirl of teal water energy flows from her orb and swirls around her. Then it forms a ball in her hands *which are over her head*. Then she blasts it at the enemy.
-Mercury Omega Storm!: A ring of crystals circle around her waist as she holds her hands above her head. They then break apart and form the shape of the sign of Omega *upside down horseshoe* in front of her. She places her hand in the center and the sapphires form a ball in her hand. She then spins around holding the ball in her hands at her chest. Then she stops and the ball explodes into sapphires and a wave of water at the enemy.

A short blue skirt, ivory colored collared blouse with the ends tied into a knot showing her belly, her belly button is pierced, she wears light blue high heeled shows, a silver ankle bracelet with the planet Mercury charm on her right leg.
*History*
She was born in Tokyo to Aeryn and Amy Anderson, Sailor Mercury. She was raised never knowing of her mother’s powers. Ever since she was little, she loved the water. She had a fascination with it, which scared her parents. Her mother wanted nothing to do with the water, afraid something might happen to her daughter. When she was 14, she found a small box hidden in the stair case in her mother’s mansion. She opened the lid to reveal a glowing star with angel wings surrounding it and a letter. The letter had been written by Amy. It told her about the sailor scouts and this locket would give her the powers of her original planet, Mercury, when the time was right. Her mother, however, didn’t want her to find this till she was 18. When Chiara saw a curious creature near her school, she suddenly transformed and destroyed it. When her parents found out, they took away her locket and grounded her. She forgot all about the locket and her powers until she was 17. Her parents were killed in a car crash. While searching her parents rooms for trinkets to give to the rest of her family, she found her locket. Everything came flooding back to her. She vowed then, to destroy all evil.

*Personality*
Much like her mother, Chiara is a shy bookworm. She hesitates to talk around those she doesn’t know but is quite open around her friends. When anyone is in danger, she is right there and willing to put anything on the line to save them, even her life.
