*History*
Inaria is the rebirth spirit of Sailor Pluto. She was born to Setsuna and Rupert. Her father died when she was 12 and her mother, Sailor Pluto raised her until now. She pays for her medical school as well as her hobby of computers. She has no siblings either. She pays for her own house and other things with her job at a local laboratory/ greenhouse. She is a sweet girl but not very out going. She is incredibly polite and well mannered. She may be the spirit of the original Sailor Pluto, but when fighting she has few of the same qualities. She will start a fight if need be as well as be more hand to hand. She lets nothing get to her on the battlefield until her opponent is vanquished. Besides computers as a hobby, she loves to play punk music on her guitar.

She is much of a loner, like her mother. She is able to provide for herself and doesn’t need much company to make her happy. But with her fellow scouts she can be just like a little kid.

Time Charger- silver axe staff with black orb on top. Two clock face charms hang around the middle.
*Transformation*
Pluto Syrine Power!- Everything around her as well as her body goes black. Her charm begins to glow as she spins around. She transforms amidst the glow.
*Uniform*
Skirt: Dark Maroon and shinny vinyl
Body Suit: Black stops at mid drift and starts again right above the hips before the skirt starts.
Collar: Dark Maroon and shinny vinyl
Boots: Black high heels. Right above her knees is a single strand of black circle beads. Connected to the beads is a “pant leg” of transparent dark maroon that travels down and stops right above her high heels.
Gloves: Black and Dark Maroon ribbons wrapped around her arm from wrist up.
Tiara: Dark maroon with black sides that are engraved with intricate designs.

*Attacks*
Time Storm- Holds her hands above her head and her opponent is trapped in a time void. Inside the void, her opponent is bombarded with electricity making them believe they are in different time periods. When the attack is done, the opponent suffers from damage from the electricity as well as confusion.
Dark Death- A black mist swirls around her orb. She then points her staff at her enemy and the mist swirls around it. She blasts the mist at her enemy. The mist then turns into millions of black blades.
Slip Stream Vortex – This attack involves Syrine Pluto’s ability to control time around her. If she’s close enough to her opponent, she can either throw her staff into the air or her hands and create a gray time vortex around her. In this vortex, Shadow Pluto can take anything trapped in this bubble and make it go forward or backward in time. For example, if her opponent fires a bullet or missile at her, she can use this attack to make the weapon age and decay. If a person is caught in the vortex, she can make them either too old or two young to fight. Or she can reverse attacks back to her opponent by making time flow backwards a few seconds into the past.
