*Transformation*
Neptune Syrine Power!- Five teal crystals fly out from her locket and form a circle around her. As they glow, her clothes disappear and her body glows teal. Suddenly bursts of water fly at her, transforming her into her senshi fuku.

*Weapons*
Wave Rider- A 5’0’’ long dark teal staff. The bottom is pointed. At the top is an open ivory clam shell sitting on top of a blue wave. Inside the shell is a teal pearl with the engraving of the symbol of Neptune.

*Powers/Attacks*
Oceana Shower- She holds her hands up at the sky and clouds form. She spins around as it starts to rain. The rain then starts to swirl around her and she blasts a stream of it at her opponent, throwing in a little blue light.
Wave Tempest- She throws her hands back and from her elbows down her arms become waves of water, but it only looks like long flowing sleeves of a dress. She throws her hands forward and sends out blasts of water that is as cold as ice and as sharp as blades.
Neptune’s Deep Rage- She holds her staff high into the air. The symbol on the staff’s pearl glows teal. This seems to call water from out of nowhere. The water starts to flood the area, but Neptune pays no mind. Soon out of no where things in the water start to glow blue. They start to clump together as a wave grows and storms at the enemy, as it gets closer the lights turn into deep sea fish (scary things if you’ve ever seen them). This freaks out the enemy as the wave “powers up” and crashes into the enemy, which by now it has turned into a wave of energy.

*Human Form’s Favorite Clothes*
She likes to wear thinks that are light and flowy. She likes to wear different shades of greens and blues. She doesn’t wear pants often, mostly short, dresses or skirts. The only pants she will wear is dress pants.
*History*
Carli was born to Michelle and Torren on Triton. She grew up as a princess, learning everything a princess was supposed to, and hated it. She didn’t want to become queen; she wanted to be known on her own. When she was 18, saddening her parents, she moved to Earth. Her she has been going to college taking classes not in art or music but in biology and physiology. While in Tokyo she met Phadrea and they clicked, and not having a place of her own due to money, Carli moved in with Phadrea. She now sticks to her studies in hopes to get a Ph D in animal training.

Tokyo, Japan with Phadrea in the Tomoe mansion.

*Personality*
She is very quiet and focused on her work. She isn’t shy, but hardly talks when she is around people she doesn’t know. The other scouts have learned to listen to her wisdom when in battle..
